Contact the assigned broker.

Each verified property page will show the broker’s name, brokerage, business phone, and email. When those details are available, you can contact the broker directly.

Send a property inquiry.

Include your name, email, property or preferred area, intended use, approximate size, and timing. If you already have representation, identify your broker so communication can be coordinated appropriately.

What happens next?

The inquiry is intended for the property’s assigned broker. Once the routing integration is implemented, it will appear in that broker’s authorized Hub lead list. The broker will follow up regarding availability and any requested tour. An inquiry does not confirm a tour, reserve a suite, or create an agency relationship.

If the property is not identified or its broker assignment is missing, AUM will need to identify the correct destination before referring the inquiry. AUM is not presenting this referral process as its own leasing service.
