THE LEASE LEADS EVERY CONVERSATION

Your executed lease and amendments govern, subject to applicable law. These lessons do not change your agreement. Bring the relevant lease section to every discussion with AUM.

Ask management for the access process that applies to your building, suite, and authorized users. Building hours, visitor permissions, and after-hours arrangements can differ across properties.

Before a visit, confirm the entrance, expected arrival time, parking instructions, and who will receive the visitor. If the visit falls outside ordinary building hours, arrange it through the approved process in advance.

Do not share individual access credentials. When employees join or leave your organization, follow the property’s process for adding, changing, or removing access.

Phone-based access, remote entry, and guest invitations are available only where enabled and authorized. A technology feature does not automatically grant permission to use it.

For deliveries and contractors, check whether separate registration or access arrangements are required. Use your property page and management contact for the current instructions.

Before you contact AUM.

Bring the applicable lease section, property and suite, dates, and supporting records. A routine service conversation is not an amendment to the lease.
