THE LEASE LEADS EVERY CONVERSATION

Your executed lease and amendments govern, subject to applicable law. These lessons do not change your agreement. Bring the relevant lease section to every discussion with AUM.

Start with the portal link assigned to your property. Use the invitation or registration instructions provided by management; an account at one property may not give access to another.

Use a business email account that your organization manages, and keep the authorized contact information current. If an employee responsible for the account leaves, ask management how to update the authorized user rather than sharing that employee’s credentials.

The functions available in the portal depend on the property and your account. Review the instructions for each action before submitting a request or payment. Confirm important transactions through the portal’s own receipt or status screen.

If you cannot sign in, use the portal’s recovery process or contact management through a known channel. Never send passwords, full payment details, or identity documents through the public website contact form.

AUM’s website will direct you to the verified portal; it will not ask you to enter portal credentials into a public inquiry form.

Before you contact AUM.

Bring the applicable lease section, property and suite, dates, and supporting records. A routine service conversation is not an amendment to the lease.
